FAQ
Is there any surcharge involved?
There is a surcharge of $100 before 7am.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos fully edited within a maximum of 2 months. You can download all the photos from the gallery!
How many pictures will we receive?
Unlimited! Every couple deserves to get all the good pictures taken for their memories but as a guide, the minimum number of photos you will receive for your type of shoot are above.
What kind of editing is done?
All good photos will be colour-graded with minimal editing (i.e. minor touch-ups to remove flaws on the skin without "photoshopping" of figures).
Will RAW files be returned?
RAW files will not be returned.
Do you provide videography services?
I do not provide videography services at the moment but do check out friends of Dear Pixels on the homepage!
Are deposits required for booking?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking.
